Cancellation Policies and Fees
Thank you for choosing GS Beauty Bar for your beauty needs!
I work by appointment-only, setting aside private time just for you. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required.
BOOKINGS
A credit card is required to schedule all appointments. You will have the option to pay the required, non-refundable $35.00 deposit or to pay for the service in full.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
As a courtesy, GS Beauty Bar offers appointment reminders through email and text. I will send you an appointment reminder 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that appointments that are booked within 24 hours of service may not receive reminder emails or the option to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments.
Lateness: Please arrive on time for your appointment. I will not inconvenience scheduled clients due to your late arrival. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time and your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. If your service must be rescheduled, your deposit will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
All rescheduling and cancellation of appointments are done online by you the client. You may log in to your booking account or use the rescheduling link in the confirmation email.
While you can reschedule and cancel your appointment at any time, cancellations & rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice will forfeit your deposit. No Shows will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. If you choose to book another appointment after a cancellation or No Show, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment date and time.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact GS Beauty Bar within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. I will do my absolute best to fix and address your concerns. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you have failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED UNLESS THERE IS A CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW.
